The California Digital Library (CDL), based at the UC Office of the President is the initiator of the MOU and primary customer of the results of this work plan.

The San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) will act as expert consultant, devoting at least one FTE to jointly plan, oversee, monitor, advise, guide, and report on extensive collection transfer testing between campuses and CDL, and replication from CDL to SDSC.
